with potatoes and tomatoes

Peel the potatoes and dice them into bite-sized pieces, then boil them in salted water. Open all the cans and drain the liquid. Chop the onions and sauté them with the garlic in a second pot. Add all the beans, adding a little water/stock if needed, and simmer over low heat. Cut the sausages into bite-sized pieces and add them to the bean mixture. Dice the tomatoes and add them, and simmer until simmering. Add the cooked potatoes and season to taste. If you don’t like the tomatoes, you can leave them out; they add a fresh kick to the dish.
