Ingredients for 20 servings:

  • 1 kg pasta (croissants, spirals)
  • Salt
  • 7 eggs
  • 2 liters of milk
  • 4 tsp salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 10 tbsp cheese, grated
  • breadcrumbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta and drain. Grease a baking dish. Layer the pasta and cheese in the dish. Whisk the milk with the eggs, salt, and pepper and pour over the pasta. Sprinkle some breadcrumbs and butter flakes over the surface and bake in the oven at 200°C for about 60 minutes.
