  • some sweet paprika powder
  • some basil, fresh
  • some marjoram
  • some rosemary
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 50 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Vegetarian

Sauté an onion in a little oil in a pan until translucent. Then deglaze with cream and melt the cheese over medium heat. Do not boil! Finally, season with salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Sauté the other onion and garlic in another pan. Do not overheat, as otherwise the garlic will become bitter. Add the tomato sauce, a pinch of sugar, and the bell pepper. Season the sauce with the remaining spices. Then layer the uncooked pasta side by side in a baking dish. On the left, place the spirali, which are then covered with tomato sauce. In the middle, add the lasagna sheets, which are alternately layered with the tomato and cheese cream sauce, and on the right, the tortellini in the cheese cream sauce. It’s best to work from the bottom up. Then sprinkle the cheese on top. Place the baking dish in the oven for about 50 minutes and set the oven to 150°C. The pasta must be well covered with sauce so that it cooks thoroughly.
