Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 spring onions, cut into rings
- 3 large tomatoes
- 150 g shrimp(s)
- 200 ml coconut milk
- salt and pepper
- possibly chili powder
- curry powder
- n. B. herbs, French
- 350 g spaghetti or other pasta
- Water (salt water), boiling
- some oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Add the pasta to the salted water and cook for about 10 minutes. Sauté the sliced spring onions and the shrimp (seasoned lightly with salt and pepper) in the oil, then add the chopped tomatoes and simmer for a while. Season with salt, pepper, French herbs, and curry powder. Then deglaze with the coconut milk. Let the sauce reduce slightly and season again with the spices. A little chili also works well.
