Pasta with shrimp and spinach

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 300 g pasta
  • Water (salt water)
  • 150 g shrimp
  • 150 g leaf spinach
  • 100 ml cream
  • 2 tbsp pesto, green
  • salt and pepper
  • nutmeg
  • 1 handful of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Boil salted water for the pasta. Boil it first so it can handle the sauce. Sauté the shrimp in a large pan, add the spinach leaves (if frozen, squeeze them well) and the pesto. Top with cream and grate in some nutmeg. Season to taste with salt (the pesto is usually salty enough already), pepper, and Parmesan cheese. Then add the drained pasta to the sauce. Mix everything well and serve immediately.
