Spaghetti with shrimp in lemon and olive oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 300 g shrimp(s) (small, cooked and peeled)
  • 50 ml olive oil, virgin
  • 1 n. B. Lemon(s), untreated
  • Salt
  • 1 small pepper, red

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Cook the spaghetti according to the package instructions until al dente. Meanwhile, grate the lemon zest and squeeze out the juice. Mix the zest with half the juice and the olive oil, then whisk the oil vigorously. Deseed and finely chop the peppers. Heat a pan and add 2 tablespoons of the lemon olive oil. Heat until hot. Heat the shrimp, add the remaining oil, season with salt, and add the finely chopped peppers. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the pan. Mix everything well and serve immediately.
