Scalloped potatoes

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 large potatoes
  • 300 g ham or sausage
  • 400 g cheese, e.g. pizza cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes

Boil the potatoes, peel them, cut them into 1 cm thick slices, and place them on an ungreased baking sheet. Now top with ham or sausage and sprinkle or cover with cheese. Place in the oven preheated to 200°C (400°F) until the cheese has melted.
