Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g ham
- 100 g cheese, grated
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 strudel sheets
- 1 large onion(s)
- e.g. tomato(s)
- some parsley
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Preheat the oven. Dice the ham and finely chop the onion, and fry in hot oil in a pan. Add the ham and parsley. Meanwhile, slice the tomatoes. Divide the ham and onion mixture between the two strudels and place them on top. Place the tomatoes on top and season with salt and pepper. Add half a cup of sour cream to each strudel and sprinkle with grated cheese. Fold the strudels together and place them in the oven for about 15-20 minutes. Serve with a green salad.
