Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g pasta (fusilli)
  • 1 liter of broth
  • ½ jar mustard
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • 2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Pasta with minced meat in mustard sauce

Dice the onions and fry in oil in a large pot. Add the minced meat and fry with salt, pepper, garlic, and paprika. Add 1 liter of broth. Once everything is boiling, add the pasta. After 5 minutes, stir in the mustard and continue cooking. After another 5 minutes, stir in the sour cream. Add the parsley. Done.
