Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g pasta (spaghetti)
  • 500 g leek
  • 750 ml broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the minced meat with tomato paste and bring to a boil with the broth. Then add the spaghetti and leek and simmer for half an hour.
