Chicken on Autumn Oven Vegetables
The perfect chicken on autumn oven vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Chicken:
- 6 Boneless chicken thighs
- 1 tsp Paprika powder
- 1 pinch Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 pinch Garlic pepper from my KB
- 1 pinch Curry
- 1 pinch Mace
Potatoes & Celery:
- 500 g Potatoes
- 2 Poles Celery
- 1 pinch Coarse sea salt
- Telly cherry pepper
- 1 Twigs Rosemary fresh
- 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
Pumpkin & Sweet Potatoes:
- 400 g Butternut squash
- 500 g Orange sweet potatoes
- 3 tbsp Maple syrup
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 pinch Coarse sea salt
- 1 pinch Telly cherry pepper
- 1 pinch Crushed red pepper
- 1 Twigs Rosemary fresh
- 2 Garlic cloves
Chicken:
- Season the chicken with the above spices!
Vegetables:
- Peel the pumpkin, potatoes, sweet potatoes and celery. Roughly cut into pieces. Then mix the potatoes and celery with salt, pepper, oil and rosemary. Spread on a baking sheet. Then mix the pumpkin and sweet potatoes with maple syrup, oil, pepper, salt, Pul Biber and rosemary and place next to the potatoes!
Set the oven to 200 ° hot air or a hot air grill
