Orange Panna Cotta

The perfect orange panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Cream
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 120 g Creme fraiche Cheese
  • 1 Vanilla pod
  • 6 tbsp Orange liqueur
  • 4 leaf Gelatin
  1. Soak gelatine in cold water.
  2. Heat the vanilla pulp with the cream, pod, orange liqueur and sugar and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
  3. Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the gelatine and let it cool down.
  4. Stir the crème fraîche into the lukewarm mixture and fill into molds.
  5. Approx. Chill for 4 hours
  6. Decorate with orange fillets or something similar. I used small physalis that taste like passion fruit here. These are just ripening in my garden
