Orange Panna Cotta
The perfect orange panna cotta recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Cream
- 100 g Sugar
- 120 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 1 Vanilla pod
- 6 tbsp Orange liqueur
- 4 leaf Gelatin
- Soak gelatine in cold water.
- Heat the vanilla pulp with the cream, pod, orange liqueur and sugar and simmer gently for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the gelatine and let it cool down.
- Stir the crème fraîche into the lukewarm mixture and fill into molds.
- Approx. Chill for 4 hours
- Decorate with orange fillets or something similar. I used small physalis that taste like passion fruit here. These are just ripening in my garden
