  • 2,5 kg Potatoes mainly waxy
  • 1 Glass Capers
  • 500 g Meat salad
  • 300 ml Mayonnaise 80% rapeseed oil
  • 3 teaspoon Hot mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Vinegar essence
  • 1 size Onion
  • 1 pinch Ground chilli
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Salt
  1. Boil potatoes unpeeled (jacket potatoes), peel and cut into small pieces (cubes or slices).
  2. Peel the onion, chop it very finely and mix with salt. Let it steep for about 30 minutes.
  3. Add onions, capers, meat salad, mustard and all other ingredients and spices to the sliced ​​potatoes and mix well with a little water (according to the desired consistency). Let it steep in the refrigerator for 4 – 5 hours.
  4. Before serving, season again with pepper, salt and, if necessary, with vinegar essence, done.
