Lego Brownies
The perfect lego brownies recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Chocolate
- 60 g Butter
- 4 piece Eggs
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Flour
- Smarties
- 250 g Powdered sugar
- 4 tablespoon Milk
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- Food coloring
- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a water bath. Mix the eggs with the sugar with the whisk. Now add the melted chocolate butter and flour. Mix everything together to a smooth mass. Put the dough in a rectangular baking dish and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
- Let the dough cool down well, cut into small rectangles and put four Smarties on each. Mix the powdered sugar, milk and lemon juice to a glaze and divide them into four small bowls. Now put a different (green, yellow, red, blue) food coloring in each bowl and mix. Now pour the colored icing over the rectangles with the Smarties. The edible blocks are ready.
