Tahini is also called tahini or tahini and is a paste made from sesame seeds. There are many different recipes you can try with tahini, including delicious and easy-to-make brownies.

  1. For the brownies, you need 250 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids), 250 g salted butter, 250 g sugar, 80 g flour, 6 eggs, and 5 tablespoons of Tahini sesame paste.
  2. First, preheat your oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
  3. Now melt the butter together with the finely chopped chocolate. You can do this in the microwave or in a water bath.
  4. Then add the sugar and stir the mixture.
  5. Then add the flour and eggs and mix well until you get an even mixture.
  6. Pour the batter into a baking pan and smooth it out. If you want, you can add toppings like chocolate chips or nuts.
  7. After this time, the brownie is still a little unbaked and thus gets the typical fudgy brownie consistency.
