Brownies with Tahini – That’s how it works
Tahini is also called tahini or tahini and is a paste made from sesame seeds. There are many different recipes you can try with tahini, including delicious and easy-to-make brownies.
- For the brownies, you need 250 g dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa solids), 250 g salted butter, 250 g sugar, 80 g flour, 6 eggs, and 5 tablespoons of Tahini sesame paste.
- First, preheat your oven to 180°C top and bottom heat.
- Now melt the butter together with the finely chopped chocolate. You can do this in the microwave or in a water bath.
- Then add the sugar and stir the mixture.
- Then add the flour and eggs and mix well until you get an even mixture.
- Pour the batter into a baking pan and smooth it out. If you want, you can add toppings like chocolate chips or nuts.
- After this time, the brownie is still a little unbaked and thus gets the typical fudgy brownie consistency.
