Mie Noodle Soup

The perfect mie noodle soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 ml Vegetable broth
  • 125 g Mie noodles
  • 1 tsp Peanut oil
  • 1 tsp Dried chives
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
  1. Heat the vegetable stock in a saucepan and cook the pasta in it for about 5 minutes. Add the oil, chives and a little paprika, stir and serve.
