Mie Noodle Soup
The perfect mie noodle soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 ml Vegetable broth
- 125 g Mie noodles
- 1 tsp Peanut oil
- 1 tsp Dried chives
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika powder
- Heat the vegetable stock in a saucepan and cook the pasta in it for about 5 minutes. Add the oil, chives and a little paprika, stir and serve.
