Vegetable Noodle Pot
The perfect vegetable noodle pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 ml Vegetable broth
- 200 g Frozen soup vegetables
- 125 g Gemelli
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Dried savory
- 1 tbsp Ground cumin
- Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the soup vegetables in it. Add the pasta and deglaze with the stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with a little savory and cumin and serve.
