Vegetable Noodle Pot

The perfect vegetable noodle pot recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 200 g Frozen soup vegetables
  • 125 g Gemelli
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Dried savory
  • 1 tbsp Ground cumin
  1. Heat the oil in a saucepan and briefly fry the soup vegetables in it. Add the pasta and deglaze with the stock. Let simmer for about 10 minutes. Season with a little savory and cumin and serve.
