Mie Noodle Soup with Turkey Strips

The perfect mie noodle soup with turkey strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 l Vegetable broth [water, vegetable stock, salt, fat, spices,]
  • 2 packet Mie noodles of Asian cuisine
  • 50 g Carrots, strips in Julienne cut
  • 30 g Fresh celery, julienne-cut strips
  • 2 piece Shallots, rings fried
  • 1 piece Spring onions fresh
  • 2 Discs Turkey cold cuts, cut into strips
  • 1 tbsp Ghee
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce light
  • 1 tsp Five spice mixture, see KB
  • 2 Pinches Salt and pepper

Quick Mie noodle soup with turkey strips:

  1. Put on the broth, cut the meat and vegetables in the Julienne cut and fry them together with the onion rings and ghee and add to the soup in the wok. Season the soup with the soy sauce and the spices and simmer for 5 minutes with the Mie noodles. Serve hot.
