Peanut Cream Cheese Muffins

The perfect peanut cream cheese muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Cream cheese
  • 200 g Peanut butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 3 Eggs
  • 100 g Liquid butter
  • 1,5 tsp Baking powder
  • 130 g Flour
  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and line the muffin trays with paper liners.
  2. Mix the cream cheese with the peanut butter and sugar until frothy. Then gradually stir in the eggs very well. Then stir in the liquid, but no longer hot, butter. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir in as well.
  3. Then pour the mixture into the muffin molds and bake for about 20-25 minutes – stick test.
