Delicious Soup for Weight Loss

The perfect delicious soup for weight loss recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Tartare
  • 200 g Mushrooms
  • 1 Vegetable onion approx. 400 g
  • 1 Red chilli pepper approx. 10 g
  • 2 Red pointed pepper approx. 200 g
  • 200 g Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 Can Corn / drained weight 285 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 500 g Strained tomatoes (tetrapack)
  • 1,4 liter Vegetable broth (6 teaspoons instant)
  • 1 Cup Parsley plucked
  • 2 tsp Mild curry powder
  • 0,5 tsp Sambal oelek
  • 1 tbsp Fish sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sweet soy sauce
  • 1 Strong splash of lemon juice
  • 3 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 3 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • Plucked parsley for garnish
  1. Clean / brush the mushrooms and cut in half. Peel and quarter the vegetable onion and cut into large wedges or assemble apart. Clean / core the chilli pepper, wash, halve and cut into rings. Clean the pointed peppers, wash, halve and cut into strips. Wash cherry tomatoes and cut in half. Wash the parsley, shake dry and pluck. Drain the corn and drain well. Heat olive oil (2 tbsp) in a large saucepan, add tartare and fry until crumbly. Add the chili pepper rings and vegetable onion wedges and sauté with vigorously. Add the mushrooms, pointed peppers, cherry tomatoes and corn and sauté / stir-fry briefly. Deglaze / pour in the vegetable stock (1.4 liters), add the tomatoes (500 g) and let simmer / boil for about 10 minutes with the lid closed. Add the plucked parsley (1 cup) and mix with mild curry powder (2 teaspoons), sambal oelek (½ teaspoon), fish sauce (1 tbsp), sweet soy sauce (1 tbsp), lemon juice (1 strong splash), coarse sea salt from the mill ( 3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches). Now let everything simmer on a low flame for another 20-25 minutes with the lid closed. Serve delicious slimming soup garnished with plucked parsley.
