Salad À La Harry Potter

Ingredients
 

  • 2 Round, spherical radishes à 300 g
  • 4 Radish
  • 1 pack Party prawns 110 g
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 0,5 tbsp Liquid honey
  • 125 g Chicken nuggets (rest of lunch *))
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 6 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 6 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
  • 8 Parsley stalks for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Peel the radishes with the peeler, cut open with the spiral cutter and distribute decoratively on 2 plates. Clean, wash and halve the radishes, cut into slices and spread on the radish. Fry the party prawns in a pan with oil (1 tbsp) and butter (1 tbsp) on both sides until golden-brown, drizzle with liquid honey (½ tbsp) and spread on the radish. Also distribute the chicken nuggets (the rest of lunch / see my recipe:) on the radish. Drizzle both plates with olive oil (1 tbsp) and season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (3 big pinches). Serve the Harry Potter (Heinz Töpfer) salad garnished with parsley. *) See my recipe: Chinese chicken nuggets with vegetable rice
