Easter Rolls

The perfect easter rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Flour
  • 250 g Natural yoghurt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1,5 Pachchen Baking powder
  • 8 tbsp Coconut milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 60 g Margarine
  • 3 tbsp Water
  • 1,5 Handful Raisins
  • 3 tsp Turmeric powder
  1. Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead well. The order does not matter.
  2. Finally, knead the raisins and turmeric powder into the dough.
  3. Cut the dough however you want. See on the pictures.
  4. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
  5. Brush the dough pieces with coconut oil and brush again in the oven for about 20 minutes after 12 minutes.
