Easter Rolls
The perfect easter rolls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Flour
- 250 g Natural yoghurt
- 2 tbsp Sugar
- 1,5 Pachchen Baking powder
- 8 tbsp Coconut milk
- 1 pinch Salt
- 60 g Margarine
- 3 tbsp Water
- 1,5 Handful Raisins
- 3 tsp Turmeric powder
- Put the ingredients for the dough in a bowl and knead well. The order does not matter.
- Finally, knead the raisins and turmeric powder into the dough.
- Cut the dough however you want. See on the pictures.
- Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then preheat the oven to 200 degrees top and bottom heat.
- Brush the dough pieces with coconut oil and brush again in the oven for about 20 minutes after 12 minutes.
