Egg salad with pineapple

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 18 eggs
  • 1 jar Miracle Whip
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Pepper, white
  • Salt
  • 4 slices of pineapple (from the can)
  • Pineapple juice (from the can)
  • 1 tbsp mustard

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Boil the eggs hard. Let them cool and peel. Whisk together the oil, vinegar, pepper, and salt. Add the Miracle Whip and mustard. Finely chop the pineapple slices and stir them into the sauce. Then stir in the juice from the pineapple can. Slice the cold eggs with an egg beater and fold them in. Tip: If desired, add cream, mayonnaise, or a few more of the listed ingredients before folding in the eggs.
