Vegan Liver Sausage

The perfect vegan liver sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Smoked tofu
  • 1 Can Canned kidney beans
  • 1 Onion
  • 4 tbsp Oil
  • 2 tbsp Marjoram
  • 2 tbsp Liquid smoke
  • 1 Toes Fresh garlic
  • 1 tsp Herbal mixture TK
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Cut the onion into small cubes and roughly chop the garlic. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and heat. Put the onion cubes in the pot, sauté until translucent, then stir in the garlic and marjoram and sauté briefly. Let cool down.
  2. Put the kidney beans in a sieve and rinse, cut the tofu into small cubes and put both together with the onion mixture and the remaining oil in a blender and puree well, add some water if necessary. After pureeing, put the whole thing in a bowl and mix with liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Finally stir in the herbs. Taste and possibly. After seasoning, put in a sealable container and let steep for at least 4 hours. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 1 week
