Vegan Liver Sausage
The perfect vegan liver sausage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Smoked tofu
- 1 Can Canned kidney beans
- 1 Onion
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 2 tbsp Marjoram
- 2 tbsp Liquid smoke
- 1 Toes Fresh garlic
- 1 tsp Herbal mixture TK
- Salt and pepper
- Cut the onion into small cubes and roughly chop the garlic. Put 2 tablespoons of oil in a saucepan and heat. Put the onion cubes in the pot, sauté until translucent, then stir in the garlic and marjoram and sauté briefly. Let cool down.
- Put the kidney beans in a sieve and rinse, cut the tofu into small cubes and put both together with the onion mixture and the remaining oil in a blender and puree well, add some water if necessary. After pureeing, put the whole thing in a bowl and mix with liquid smoke, salt and pepper. Finally stir in the herbs. Taste and possibly. After seasoning, put in a sealable container and let steep for at least 4 hours. Keeps in the refrigerator for about 1 week
