Chocolate Mousse with Bamberg Smoked Beer

- 500 ml Schlenkerla smoked beer
- 2 packet Ground gelatin
- 400 ml Whipped cream
- 3 Pc. Protein
- 3 Pc. Egg yolk
- 200 g Chocolate
- 40 g Sugar
- 50 g Butter
- Beat 1,400 ml of whipped cream until stiff. Beat egg yolks with sugar until creamy. Beat egg whites until stiff. Melt the chocolate together with butter in a double boiler. Fold everything in together.
- Mix the smoked beer with 2 packets of gelatine (foams). When the beer has a creamy consistency, slowly fold into the mousse.
- Put it in the fridge. Let it steep for a couple of hours. And enjoy.
