Mango-cream

The perfect mango-cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Ripe mango approx. 450 g
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 Discs Orange for garnish
  1. Peel the mango with the peeler, remove the pulp from the core and dice. Pour all ingredients (mango cubes, coconut milk, sugar and lemon juice) into a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Pour the mango cream into 2 glass vessels, garnish with an orange slice and serve.
