Mango-cream
The perfect mango-cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Ripe mango approx. 450 g
- 200 ml Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 Discs Orange for garnish
- Peel the mango with the peeler, remove the pulp from the core and dice. Pour all ingredients (mango cubes, coconut milk, sugar and lemon juice) into a tall container and puree with a hand blender. Pour the mango cream into 2 glass vessels, garnish with an orange slice and serve.
