Gourmet Fillet with Green Beans and Jacket Potato Triplets
The perfect gourmet fillet with green beans and jacket potato triplets recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Gourmet fillet:
- 1 pack Gourmet Filet Bordelaise 400 g frozen
Green beans:
- 400 g Green beans / cleaned approx. 325 g
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 3 strong prien Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
Jacket potato triplets:
- 300 g Waxy triplets (small potatoes) / here: 10 pieces
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Whole caraway seeds
Gourmet fillet:
- Cook / bake the gourmet fillet in the oven according to the instructions on the package. Here: 225 ° C approx. 45 minutes.
Green beans:
- Clean / remove the threads of the green beans, cook in salted water for about 10 – 12 minutes, drain through a kitchen sieve. Put butter (1 tbsp) in the hot saucepan and toss the beans in it. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (3 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches).
Jacket potato triplets:
- Wash the potatoes, cook them in salted water (1 teaspoon) and whole caraway seeds (1 teaspoon) for about 20 minutes, drain and peel off.
Serve:
- Take the fish / gourmet fillet out of the oven and divide into 2 portions. Serve gourmet fillet with green beans and jacket potato triplets, drizzled with the liquid from the fish.
