Crispy Fried Chicken My Way

The perfect crispy fried chicken my way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Boneless chicken thighs
  • 500 g Garlic pepper from my KB
  • 500 g Seasoned salt from my KB
  • 2 Eggs
  • 4 tbsp Spelled flour
  • 1 shot Mineral water
  • 150 g Breadcrumbs
  • Telly cherry pepper
  • Rapeseed oil
  1. Halve the flaked flails again, season with garlic pepper and seasoned salt!

Preheat the oven to 50 degrees!

  1. Whisk eggs, flour and mineral water together well! Then first pull the chicken through the egg mixture and then bread it well on all sides!
  2. Heat oil (approx. 1 cm high) in a pan and fry the chicken in portions for approx. 10 minutes one after the other! Keep warm in the oven!
  3. There was also potato salad, green salad and a leftover currywurst sauce (cold) from my KB!
