- 4 Eggs
- 0,25 Red peppers
- 1 Onion
- 0,25 Green peppers
- 1 Carrot
- 2 El Peas
- Some oil
- Salt
- Pepper
- Paprika spice
- Optional herbs
- Clean the vegetables and cut into small cubes.
- Beat the eggs in a bowl and season with salt, pepper and paprika, whisk well.
- Put some oil in a pan and sauté the chopped vegetables. Also season with salt and pepper.
- When the vegetables are firm to the bite, pour the egg over them and let them set while stirring constantly.
- Arrange the finished scrambled eggs on 2 plates with wholemeal bread or similar. If you like, you can garnish with herbs.
