Meatballs on Sweet and Spicy Bed

The perfect meatballs on sweet and spicy bed recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Ground beef
  • 500 g Cut pointed cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Chive rolls
  • 0,5 tsp Sambal Oelek
  • 1 tsp Basil shredded
  • 1 tsp Chilli oil
  • 1 tbsp Oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • Chilli powder
  • 1 Splash of water
  • Agave syrup
  1. Mix the mince with the chives.
  2. Season well with salt, pepper and paprika powder.
  3. Fry all over in the oil.
  4. Steam the cut pointed cabbage with the chilli oil and a splash of water in a pan until the cabbage has softened.
  5. Season well with salt, pepper, paprika powder and chilli powder.
  6. Stir in the basil and sambal oelek.
  7. Sweeten with agave syrup and you’re done
