Chocolate Ducats

- 175 g Butter
- 200 g Sugar
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Egg yolk
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 150 g Grated dark chocolate
- 310 g Flour
- 125 g Food starch
- 2 tsp Baking powder
- 1 packet Chocolateglaze
- Beat butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in eggs and egg yolks. Mix the vanilla sugar and grated chocolate and fold in.
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, starch and baking powder, knead with foam mass. Roll out the dough, cut out slices.
- Bake 12-15 minutes.
- Melt the glaze and decorate the cookies.
