Chocolate Ducats

The perfect chocolate ducats recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 175 g Butter
  • 200 g Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 1 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 150 g Grated dark chocolate
  • 310 g Flour
  • 125 g Food starch
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1 packet Chocolateglaze
  1. Beat butter and sugar until frothy. Stir in eggs and egg yolks. Mix the vanilla sugar and grated chocolate and fold in.
  2. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Mix flour, starch and baking powder, knead with foam mass. Roll out the dough, cut out slices.
  3. Bake 12-15 minutes.
  4. Melt the glaze and decorate the cookies.
