Snow Thaler:
- 300 g Flour
- 275 g Butter
- 100 g Sugar
- 100 g Ground almonds
- Icing sugar for dusting
- Put all ingredients (flour, butter, sugar and ground almonds) in a bowl and mix / knead well. Shape the mixture into balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press onto the balls with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 15–20. Let cool and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
