Snow Thaler:

  • 300 g Flour
  • 275 g Butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 100 g Ground almonds
  • Icing sugar for dusting
  1. Put all ingredients (flour, butter, sugar and ground almonds) in a bowl and mix / knead well. Shape the mixture into balls, place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and press onto the balls with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 150 ° C for approx. 15–20.
