Kiwi Cream Cheese Tart
The perfect kiwi cream cheese tart recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Cake base
- 150 g Margarine
- 200 g Ladyfingers
Cream cheese cream
- 150 g Sugar
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 400 ml Sweet cream
- 250 g Quark semi-fat
- 200 g Cream cheese
- 8 tbsp Water
- 2 packet Cream stiffener
- 1 packet Lemon jelly
miscellaneous
- 1 packet White cake topping
- 2 Pc. Kiwi fresh
preparation
- Place the cake ring about 26 cm on a cake plate; Grind the bisquits, knead with the margarine and press into the ring
- Mix the sugar, quark and cream cheese until the sugar has dissolved
- Beat the sweet cream, vanilla sugar and cream stiff until stiff
- Let the food of the gods soak in the water (cold) in a small potty and dissolve in a hot water bath
- Mix 1 tablespoons of quark mixture into the dissolved jelly and then stir this mixture quickly into the rest of the quark mixture
- fold in the whipped cream with the whisk and pour the cream on the biscuit base; Place in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour
decoration
