Lentil Sweet Lupine Dal

The perfect lentil sweet lupine dal recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Onions
  • 2 Toes Garlic fresh
  • 3 cm Ginger
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 100 g Lentils red
  • 500 ml Vegetable broth
  • 100 g Sweet lupine meal
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 3 tbsp Chopped parsley
  • 200 ml Coconut milk
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Peel the onions, garlic and ginger. Chop everything finely. Sauté in a saucepan with oil
  2. Put the dried lentils in a colander and rinse under running water. Pour the vegetable stock into the saucepan and add the lentils. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. Now stir in the sweet lupine meal, the spices and the tomato paste. Bring to the boil briefly. Now add the coconut milk and stir. Season to taste with parsley, salt and pepper. Rice goes well with it
