  • 2 Orange sweet potatoes
  • 1 Cup Lentils red
  • 0,5 pole Leek
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 100 g Celery bulb
  • 1 l Vegetable broth
  • 1 Handful Fresh spinach
  • Curry
  • Garam masala
  • Soy yogurt
  • 2 Wheaty Chorizo ​​Snack Sausages
  • Oil

Instructions
 

  • Cut the leek into thin rings, dice the sweet potatoes, dice the celery, and chop the garlic finely.
  • Sauté everything in oil, add about 1 teaspoon of curry and garam masala and sweat briefly. Add the lentils and pour the broth over them.
  • Approx. Cook for 20 minutes until soft and puree finely.
  • Tear up the spinach and add to the soup. No more cooking, just keep warm.
