Cheesecake with Irish Cream Liqueur

The perfect cheesecake with irish cream liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

shortcrust

  • 300 g Flour
  • 200 g Cold butter
  • 100 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • Grated lemon peel

cream

  • 250 g Quark
  • 200 g Cream
  • 1 piece Egg
  • 25 g Food starch
  • Lemon juice
  • 0,5 packet Vanilla sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
  • 125 g Sugar

shortcrust

  1. Knead all ingredients and distribute them into the individual, non-stick coated molds. Put in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.

cream

  1. For the cheese cream, all ingredients except the cream are mixed together. Whip the cream until stiff and fold it carefully into the cheese cream. Preheat the oven to 200g.
  2. When the shortcrust pastry is cold, carefully pour the cheese cream into the molds and bake for 30-40 minutes at 170 degrees top / bottom heat.
  3. When serving, place a Baby Guinness liqueur, which consists of 2/3 Baileys and 1/3 Kalua, next to the cake. Decorate with a few berries, powdered sugar and raspberry sauce – done.
