Tiramisu with Irish Cream Liqueur
The perfect tiramisu with irish cream liqueur recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 4 Glasses with at least 250 ml content
- 3 Organic egg yolks
- 250 g Mascarpone
- 75 g Sugar white
- 12 piece Ladyfingers
- 75 ml Coffee
- 75 ml Irish Cream Liqueur
- Unsweetened cocoa
- Beat the egg yolks with the mixer until foamy, slowly add the sugar and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Stir in 2 tablespoons of liqueur. It gives a nice yellowish color.
- Mix hot coffee and liqueur and immediately pour over the ladyfingers lying in a baking dish.
- After the biscuits have been drawn through, stack them in glasses.
- I was able to do 3 layers.
- Now dust with cocoa and let it steep. The scent is unique 🙂
