  • 1,5 kilogram Waxy potatoes
  • 1 piece Onions
  • 3 piece Eggs
  • Flour
  • Salt, pepper, marjoram
  1. Boil and peel waxy potatoes the day before.
  2. First grind the onions, then the potatoes. Add the eggs, salt, pepper and a good pinch of dried marjoram. Now knead the potato dough and keep adding flour until the dough no longer sticks to your hands. Shape the potato dumplings.
