Annis Pumpkin Fries

- 500 g Hokkaido pumpkin meat
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes
- 1 tsp Sweet paprika
- 1 tsp Coarse sea salt
- 1 tbsp Freshly chopped rosemary
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Halve, core and thinly slice the pumpkin.
