Oyster Mushrooms with Serano Ham
The perfect oyster mushrooms with serano ham recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Oyster mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
- 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill
- 200 g Serano ham
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- Baguette
- Fry the oyster mushrooms in butter (2 tablespoons) on both sides for 1 – 2 minutes each. Season with coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches). Serve oyster mushrooms with Serano ham garnished with parsley. Baguette and possibly pimentos (see my recipe: Spanish pimentos) are enough.
