Ingredients
 

Prepare and roll out the dough:

  • 300 g Pizza dough ready
  • 2 tbsp Tomato puree
  • 75 g Grated cheese, Gouda

Covering:

  • 60 g White mushrooms. cut in slices
  • 40 g Red pepper, sliced
  • 40 g Boiled ham, sliced
  • 20 g Zucchini, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Basil

Instructions
 

Dough:

  • Mix the pizza dough 2 hours before baking and roll it out thinly on baking paper. Brush the dough with the tomato paste and sprinkle with a little cheese.

Covering:

  • Top with paprika, mushrooms, ham and zucchini and some cheese on top.

roll up:

  • With the help of the baking paper, roll up the dough evenly and use the paper to wrap it around briefly and let the ends of the dough overlap, then sprinkle with cheese. Immediately cut the roll into individual 4cm slices and lay the pieces flat on the paper as a base on an oven tray and bake at 180 ° C for about 20 minutes.
