Baked Meatballs
The perfect baked meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Mixed minced meat
- 1 Onion
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 1 Egg
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 4 tablespoon Milk
- 4 tablespoon Parmesan
- 4 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
- Pepper
- Salt
- 1 Onion
- 1 Chilli pepper
- 1 Can Chunky tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic vinegar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Sugar
- 1 Bullet Mozzarella
MEATBALLS
- Put the minced meat in a bowl, peel the onion and garlic, chop and add.
- Add egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, milk, mustard – mix well and season with salt and pepper
- Now form 6 meatballs out of the minced meat mixture and fry them in the oil – remove them.
SAUCE
- Peel the onion, core the chilli pepper and sauté both in the remaining frying fat.
- Now add the tomatoes, mash with a fork and simmer for 10 minutes, season with salt, sugar and balsamic vinegar.
- Cut the mozarella into slices, add the meatballs to the sauce, spread the mozarella on top and put it in the oven at 200 ° C for about 15 minutes.
