Strawberry Jelly

- 2000 g Strawberries
- Lime juice
- Preserving sugar 2: 1
- Rinse the strawberries briefly, then drain well. Remove the cups and cut the fruit in half.
- Now put the fruits in a “WECK pot” for juicing.
- Measure the collected fruit juice and proportionately add the preserving sugar together with the lime juice (80 ml lime juice is required for 1 liter of strawberry juice) and bring to the boil. Make a gelling test after about 4 minutes. Remove the foam with a spoon before filling.
- While the mass is boiling, prepare the glasses.
- Then fill in the mass, make sure that the edge is clean and then close it with a lid.
