Strawberry Jelly Cake

- 500 g Fresh strawberry
- 6 Free range eggs
- 6 tablespoon Water cold
- 150 g Sugar white
- 2 packet Vanilla sugar
- 1 Prices Salt
- 125 g Flour
- 75 g Food starch
- 100 g Ground almonds
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- Clean, wash and drain the strawberries.
- Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with the cold water until stiff. Mix the sugar with the vanilla sugar and the salt and finally let it trickle in and stir in.
- Gradually stir in the egg yolks. Mix the flour with the baking powder and the cornstarch and carefully stir in with the almonds.
- Cut the strawberries into large cubes and dust them with two tablespoons of flour. Put the strawberries on the dough and fold in. Pour the dough into the prepared pan.
- Place the cake in the oven preheated to 175 degrees (convection) and bake for approx. 55 – 60 minutes. Take out after the baking time and let cool down.
