Minced Meat Pan with Vegetables
The perfect minced meat pan with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Onion
- 400 g Minced turkey
- 2 tbsp Tomato paste
- 1 Orange peppers
- 500 g Chinese cabbage fresh
- 1 smaller Zucchini
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 1 tbsp Sweet paprika powder
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt from my KB
- 1 tsp Garlic pepper from my KB
- 100 ml White wine dry
- 1 tbsp Ketjap Manis
- 1 tbsp Oyster sauce
- 1 tsp Crushed red pepper
- 2 tsp Madras curry
- Telly cherry pepper
- Peel the onion, have it and cut into thin wedges. Clean, halve, wash and dice the peppers. Cut Chinese cabbage leaves individually and cut into 2cm thick strips, sorting the stalk extra and the upper leafy part, wash and spin.
- Clean and wash the zucchini, cut in half and quarter lengthways. To cut in pieces. Peel and press garlic!
- Now heat the oil in a pan and roast the onion in it, then add the minced meat and fry until crumbly. Then make some space in the middle of the pan and roast the tomato paste in it, then stir everything together and roast!
- Then add peppers and zucchini cubes! Fry for about 5 minutes! Add the pieces of Chinese cabbage and season with paprika powder, seasoned salt, garip pepper, ketjab manis, oyster sauce, pul beaver and curry. Mix well and roast briefly, then deglaze with white wine! Simmer a little and season with pepper!
- Now add the thin pieces of Chinese cabbage and heat for 5 minutes while turning! 🙂 There was also rice!
