Minced Meat: Quick Mince – Vegetables – Pan
The perfect minced meat: quick mince – vegetables – pan recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 300 g Ground beef
- 1 size Beefsteak tomato fresh
- 1 size Diced onion
- 2 tbsp Lemon pepper
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper from the mill
- 1 yellow Small zucchini
- 1 green Small zucchini
- 6 green Pickled hot peppers
- Fry the onion cubes in the oil, add the minced meat and fry – then I took a kitchen towel and removed the fat, to do this I put the pot at an angle and put the kitchen towel in the front.
- Then gradually add the sliced tomatoes, zucchini and peppers and fry everything together and add some seasoning if necessary.
