Cauliflower Salad …
The perfect cauliflower salad … recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Marinade:
- 1 liter Water
- 2 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Diced onion
- 3 tablespoon Sour cream
- 5 tablespoon Cream
- 1 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon White wine vinegar
- 2 Pinches Salt
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 kl. bunch Chives fresh
- Divide the cauliflower into florets suitable for salad. Bring the water with salt and sugar to the boil and add the florets. Simmer for about 4 minutes, then drain into a sieve and immediately immerse it in ice-cold water, then drain the florets. Also briefly blanch the onion.
- Mix the marinade with the specified ingredients in a salad bowl, fold the cauliflower with onions and chives under the marinade and cover the salad for a few hours – it gets better and better when you pull it through, which is why we like it the next day .
