Cauliflower – Mandarine – Tomato Salad
The perfect cauliflower – mandarine – tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Frozen cauliflower
- 2 Fresh mandarins
- 8 Cherry tomatoes with panicle
- 2 Spring onions
- 1 small Onion red
- 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 Chopped hot peppers
- 1 teaspoon Harissa powder
- 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- Fry the cauliflower with a little fat in the pan until firm to the bite.
- Peel and chop the mandarins. Halve the tomatoes. Chop the onions.
- Mix all ingredients with the warm cauliflower. Add the parsley, peppers, olive oil, orange juice and harissa. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
