Cauliflower – Mandarine – Tomato Salad

The perfect cauliflower – mandarine – tomato salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Frozen cauliflower
  • 2 Fresh mandarins
  • 8 Cherry tomatoes with panicle
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 1 small Onion red
  • 2 tablespoon Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 Chopped hot peppers
  • 1 teaspoon Harissa powder
  • 1 tablespoon Freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon Chopped fresh parsley
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill
  1. Fry the cauliflower with a little fat in the pan until firm to the bite.
  2. Peel and chop the mandarins. Halve the tomatoes. Chop the onions.
  3. Mix all ingredients with the warm cauliflower. Add the parsley, peppers, olive oil, orange juice and harissa. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
